Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Standard shipping: €5.90 (1-2 business days)
For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Bulky goods shipping: €15.50
For items over 120 cm in length or over 60 cm on the shortest side, delivery time approx. 4-5 business days.
Freight forwarding: €39.90
For items from 31.5 kg, including telephone notification.
International deliveries:

Parcel shipping up to 10 kg: €14.90
Parcel shipping from 10 kg (10.01kg - 31.5 kg): €26.90
Bulky goods shipping (special dimensions): €29.90
Freight forwarding from 31.5 kg: €69.90
Shipping to EU Zone 2
Countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary
Parcel shipping up to 10 kg: €19.50
Parcel shipping from 10 kg (10.01kg - 31.5 kg): €29.90
Bulky goods shipping (special dimensions): €29.90
Freight forwarding from 31.5 kg: €89.90
For international shipping of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Freight forwarding is carried out by Kühne & Nagel for shipping weights of 31.5 kg and above. Delivery times are business days.
A flat rate of €39 will be charged, including notification via email.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods will take place within 1-2 business days, and international deliveries within 5-7 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
