The Wiesel Pork Dust Rubis the perfect blend for anything pork.
Developed together with the experienced grill professionals of BBQ Wiesel, this rub combines sweetness, spice, and heatinto a harmonious BBQ composition – ideal for low & slow dishes, but also for quick grilling.

The ingredient mix of cane sugar, paprika, pepper, cumin, and smoked jalapeñocreates an aromatic crust with a fine smoky note.
Whether on the Sheriff Pellet Grill, in the Smokeror on the MOESTA ONE Fire Plate– Pork Dust consistently delivers strong results.

Application

Use approx. 1–2 tablespoons (15–20 g)per 250 g of meat.
Gently massage in and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Optimal for:

  • Pulled pork from the grill or smoker
  • Spare ribs with low & slow cooking
  • Pork belly with a crispy crust
  • Also suitable for chicken, turkey, or hearty vegetable stir-fries
