Two spice blends – one goal: maximum flavor. "One for Steaks" is the all-round rub for meat & steaks. "One for Champs" brings out the best in mushrooms – whether as a side dish, main course, or topping.

Ingredients: Sea salt, raw cane sugar, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, turmeric. May contain traces of mustard and celery.

With "One for Steaks", you can refine steak, meat & vegetables with a spicy crust and strong aroma.
"One for Champs" was specially developed for mushrooms – but also makes halloumi, vegetables, tofu & side dishes a highlight.

Application / Serving Suggestion

One for Steaks
• Use approx. 1–2 tsp per 250 g of meat
• Rub with a little oil, massage in the rub & let sit for at least 20–30 minutes
• Tip for the Sheriff Pellet Grill: First smoke at 110–120°C, then grill hot for a perfect crust

What the blend can do – 4 ideas for your barbecue evening:
• Flank steak with hasselback potatoes & green beans: Spicy crust + fresh, tart beans – perfect interplay.
• Tomahawk steak with broccolini & cherry tomatoes: Rub penetrates deep into the meat, vegetables bring sweetness & nuttiness as a contrast.
• Grilled tofu: Golden, crispy shell – even convinces meat lovers.
• Vegetable skewers: Marinated bell peppers, zucchini & carrots caramelize slightly – vegetables become the star.

One for Champs (mushrooms)
• Mix mushrooms with a little oil & rub, let sit briefly
• Ideal for: Mushroom pan, stuffed mushrooms, burgers, pizza, wrap, roasted vegetables
