Recommended use / application
• Use approx. 1-2 tsp per 500g meat
• Lightly oil meat or vegetables, massage in rub & let sit for at least 20 minutes
• Ideal for: Chicken, pork, burgers, vegetable grill plates
• Tip: Smoke in the Sheriff Pellet Grill at medium heat, then sear hot – this creates the perfect crust
