Los Pollos combines fruity flavors with a pleasant, spicy heat. The mix of tomato, pineapple, jalapeño, smoke, and BBQ spices was specially developed for poultry and delivers juicy, aromatic results – whether grilled, on the plancha, or in the smoker.

Recommended use
• Approx. 1–2 tablespoons per 250 g meat
• Lightly oil the meat, massage in the rub, and let it rest for at least 20 minutes
• Ideal for: chicken, chicken wings, poultry burgers, skewers
• Tip: Smoke in the Sheriff Pellet Grill and then sear hot for a finish
