Application:

Use approx. 1–2 tbsp (≈ 15–20 g)per 250 g of meat.
Lightly massage in and let rest for at least 30 minutesbefore grilling, roasting, or smoking.

Tip:In combination with Hickory or Mesquite smoke, you achieve authentic US BBQ flavor.
