Spartacus - Greek BBQ Rub

With Spartacus No. 1, you bring the flavors of Greece directly to your grill. This high-quality BBQ rub combines sea salt, sweet paprika, garlic, onion, cane sugar, black pepper, and a balanced herb mixture of thyme, rosemary, oregano, and basil – complemented by cumin, coriander seeds, chili flakes, and allspice.

Ideally, use Spartacus as a gyros rub: rub the meat (e.g., pork neck) with a little oil, depending on the cut, and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, grill it on skewers or with the Churrasco set – for authentic taste.
