Why do you need a marinade injector?

A meat injector is used to season grilled meat or other foods from the inside. An injector is also useful for curing. Especially with large cuts of meat and roasts, they can dry out if the core temperature gets too high. Anyone who has ever grilled pulled pork in a Sheriff pellet grill knows how delicious the crust is - we now bring that flavor into the meat as well. Therefore, this injector belongs in every good griller's equipment. With a 60 ml capacity, the meat injector is perfectly suited to achieve even juicier grilling results. The three-ring handle of the meat injector allows for single-handed dosing.

More uses for the meat injector!

All needles have different outlets at the tips for different purposes. Many other manufacturers only supply thick needles, which are completely unsuitable for smaller cuts of meat. Especially for poultry, fine needles on the injector are very well suited and protect the meat from drying out. We recommend that the meat be stored chilled for a few hours after injecting so that the liquid can distribute well.
