With Alpenglühen, you bring the mountain feeling directly to your grill. This herb and flower blend combines sea salt, paprika, pepper, and rosemary with noble alpine herbs and floral notes – perfect for meat, game, poultry, or vegetables. A rub that evokes memories of mountain air, fire, and herb meadows.

Ingredients:
Sea salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, rosemary, garlic, smoked paprika (paprika, smoke), tarragon, lovage, onion, wild garlic, flower mix (rose, marigold & cornflower blossoms), thyme, lavender, chives, marjoram.
Note: May contain traces of mustard and celery.

Application

• Use approx. 1–2 tbsp (≈ 15–20 g)per 250 g of grilled food or vegetables.
• Lightly massage in the rub and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
Ideal for:Beef steaks, pork neck, game, poultry, potatoes & grilled vegetables.
Tip:First sear for roasted aromas, then finish cooking indirectly.
