Ebbe & Flut is the perfect duo for steak and BBQ fans: "Ebbe" as a dry brine rub for juiciness and basic seasoning, "Flut" as an aromatic finisher just before serving. Both blends are available individually or as a bundle.

Ebbe – Dry Brine
Ingredients: Fleur de Sel, smoked salt (sea salt, smoke), hickory-smoked salt (sea salt, smoke), coconut blossom sugar, smoked paprika (paprika, smoke), garlic, turmeric, onion, celery seed. May contain traces of mustard.

Flut – Finisher

The Ebbe & Flut concept was developed together with the Küstenglut grilling community and is designed to give your meat maximum flavor depth.
Ebbelays the foundation: massaged in as a dry brine, it ensures juiciness, basic seasoning, and subtle smoky notes.
Flutcrowns your meat after cooking with intense pepper and herb aromatics – for the final flavor kick.

Ideal for steaks, beef cuts, pulled pork, pork, poultry, and anything that should shine with flavor. With the Sheriff Pellet Grill, "Ebbe & Flut" creates a true premium BBQ experience.

Serving suggestion / application
Ebbe (Dry Brine)
1 tsp per 500g of meat
• Massage in before cooking & let rest for at least 2 hours (ideally 4-24 hours in the refrigerator)
• Ensures juiciness, basic seasoning & a light smoky note

Flut (Finisher)
½–1 tbsp per 250g of meat after cooking
• Add to the finished meat just before serving
• For full aromatics: Do not cook or grill with it
