The Güde Alpha Olive Santoku X546/18 (18 cm) combines traditional Japanese knife technology with German forging craftsmanship. The name "Santoku" means "three virtues" – and that's exactly what this knife is made for: it's perfect for fish, meat, and vegetables.

The high, stocky blade with a double-sided grind allows for precise cuts, while the hollow ground edge reduces food sticking. This makes it easy to cut wafer-thin slices and fine cubes. Thanks to the wide blade, the cut food can also be conveniently transferred into the pot or bowl.

The blade is made of high-quality, rust-proof X50CrMoV15 steel, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. The ergonomic handle made of 500-year-old olive wood provides a pleasant feel and makes each knife unique. The perfect balance guarantees comfortable, fatigue-free work – a true professional tool for ambitious cooks!
