Ingredients: Sea salt, raw cane sugar, lemon pepper (white mountain pepper, lemon peel oil), onion, garlic, smoked paprika (paprika, smoke), sweet paprika, tomato powder, cayenne pepper, carrot, celery, mustard flour, leek, black pepper, lovage, nutmeg. May contain traces of mustard and celery.

The blend combines lemon pepper, smoked paprika, tomato powder, and selected herbs – ideal for beef, but also great on pork. Whether on the grill, in the Sheriff pellet grill, smoker, or pan: this rub brings the wow factor to your plate.

Recommended Use / Application
• Use approx. 1–2 tbsp rub per 500 g meat
• Lightly oil the meat, massage in the rub & let it sit for at least 30 minutes
• Perfect for: Ribeye, Rump Steak, Flat Iron, Pork Loin & Steak Burgers
• Tip: Sear on the grill over high heat and then finish cooking indirectly – for the perfect crust
