For the Loaded Nachos:
- 400 g tortilla chips (nachos)
- 300 g grated cheddar cheese
- 200 g grated mozzarella
- 300-400 g pulled pork (from the SHERIFF Pellet Grill)
- 2x Donlicate Chili Cheese Sausages from Schwarzwälder
- 1 jar of jalapeños (approx. 150 g)
- Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce
For the Toppings:
- 150 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tomato
- Optional: Guacamole, salsa, cilantro

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the chili cheese sausages thinly or dice them into small cubes. Chop the spring onions into fine rings and dice the tomato. Briefly warm the pulled pork in a pan or microwave to make it nice and juicy. Mix both cheeses in a bowl and have all ingredients ready.
Step 2: Prepare SHERIFF or Oven

Preheat your SHERIFF Pellet Grill to 180-200°C (indirect heat) or use the oven at 200°C top/bottom heat. Lightly grease a large oven-safe dish or grill tray to prevent sticking.
Step 3: Layer the Nachos

Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly in the dish. Top with half of the pulled pork, half of the sausage slices, some jalapeños, and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat the process with a second layer: remaining chips, remaining pulled pork, remaining sausages, more jalapeños, and finally generously sprinkle the remaining cheese over everything.
Step 4: Bake

Place the dish on the SHERIFF (indirect zone) or in the preheated oven. Bake the nachos for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on the nachos to prevent them from burning – the cheese should be bubbling nicely.
