The PizzaCover Flex transforms your gas grill into a true stone oven experience – ideal for pizza, tarte flambée, focaccia and much more. After only a short heat-up time, you can create a pizza exactly as it should be: crispy on the bottom, lightly browned on top, and with an airy crust, just like fresh from a stone oven.
The stainless steel housing with continuous width adjustment from 60–90 cm adapts flexibly to almost all common gas grills.
Integrated into the lid is a cordierite pizza stone that stores and evenly releases top heat – for an authentic stone oven aroma.

The PizzaCover Flex works on a simple principle: stone on top, flame below. This creates a genuine top heat effect, keeping the dough crispy and the toppings juicy – just like in a traditional stone oven.
The stable stainless steel construction maintains the temperature where it's needed. Thanks to infinitely adjustable width, the PizzaCover adapts precisely to your grill – and remains energy-efficient, even with the lid open.
While the lower pizza stone in the grill ensures a crispy base, the lid stone provides the necessary browning for toppings and crust. This achieves temperatures up to 380 °C – and results with a true Italian character.
You place the pizza, turn it halfway through – and after 5–6 minutes, it's ready. Crispy, juicy, and fluffy like from a stone oven.

The PizzaCover is assembled once and is then ready for use at any time. Simply place it on the grill, turn on the burner, heat it up – and off you go.
